Happenings
You can't turn the TV on without hearing reports of the Coronavirus. We all know the media can sometimes get the facts wrong or over/underplay the details. I like to go right to the most reputable source for my data. Here are a few links to review to get the most up to date information:
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
As a reminder, there are simple everyday actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses (COVID-19 and the flu). These include
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
I understand the fear with traveling or booking travel at this time. You need to be comfortable with your decision to travel or not travel. Only you can decide this. Educate yourself first.
I personally will still be flying throughout the US in the coming weeks, cruising next month to Bermuda, cruising this summer to Alaska, and traveling to South America later this year. I am also planning a quick getaway to Mexico in just a few weeks to check out a few resorts.
We are here should you have any questions or when you are ready to book your future travel.

Trip Requests
These past few weeks have been full of exciting trip planning. Here are just a few of the requests I received:
Royal Caribbean Group Cruise - My clients decided to take their three girls on a cruise over fall break. Then mom wanted to go, then mom in law wanted to join. But what about our friends and their mom. But let's not forget to invite our other friends and their kids. Well that escalated quickly. They are currently at 9 booked cabins! This ever expanding group is going to have a great time sailing out of New Orleans on Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas! Have the best time and make tons of memories.
Italy Tour - My clients are taking a set of parents with them to Italy. Her parents are from Sicily but they have never explored the mainland of Italy. They will be traveling on a Trafalgar group tour with first class service and behind the tourist scenes experiences. They will visit the Vatican before the crowds, journey through Tuscan landscapes and cruise along the canals of Venice. The will also encounter the Renaissance highlights of Florence and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. They are sure to have a great time.
Peru Tour - My client has been dreaming of visiting Machu Picchu for a while now and wants to take her mom along with her. We are planning for them to arrive in Lima and then heading down to see the Nazca Lines by plane. They will then head to Cusco for a few days before taking off to Machu Picchu by train. They will explore the ruins in the afternoon (sunset) and in the morning (sunrise). This is something they will never forget.
Iceland Tour - My client wants a quick trip overseas and has decided on Iceland. The best part, she wants to hunt for the Northern Lights. she is looking at tour options now that will take her out in the evening to get the best opportunity to see the lights. Fingers crossed they dance while she is there.

December 2020- SOLD OUT Galápagos Islands. We begin in Quito, Ecuador then spend 5 days island hopping on land and by ship. The ship only holds 20 guests.
January 2021- Antarctica. This is my last continent. We will be taking an expedition cruise from South America and through the Drake Passage to the Antarctica peninsula with Ponant Cruise Line. Trip of a lifetime.
