Happenings
Five years ago this week, Tim and I returned from our around the world trip. 75,000 miles by plane, train, car, boat, and foot across 6 continents, 30+ countries, and countless cities: Road tripping in New Zealand, walking the Great Wall of China, exploring ruins in Cambodia, photographing an African safari, cruising the Mediterranean, and strolling the streets of Prague.
We both left jobs that brought us zero joy. Mine made me miserable. Money does not make you happy. I quickly learned that doing something scary and having once in a lifetime experiences was what I needed.
This was the best life decision I made. It made me realize that I was on the wrong career path (even if I still maintain my CPA license) and forced me to do something else that was scary and open my own travel agency.
Even though these last two year have been tough for my business, I still know I made the right decision. My clients have been outstanding through it all and I appreciate each of you supporting me along the way. I can't imagine doing anything else.

My group returned from Alaska a few weeks ago and we had the best adventure. This was my first trip to Alaska and it did not disappoint. It met all my expectations and then some.
We cruised from Vancouver to Anchorage looking for wildlife, riding the White Pass train, and panning for gold. We then took the train to Denali National park for a few nights for a Safari and ATV adventures.

Trip Requests
Here are some of the 2022 and 2023 trip requests I worked on this past month:
European Cruise - Now that the world is closer to being wide open, my clients are ready to plan trips overseas. My clients are heading on an epic family adventure on the Explorer of the Seas in the Mediterranean. They will start their journey in Venice, Italy before sailing off to Croatia and Greece. This itinerary hit their most wanted dentations. They have cruised a number of time, but this will be their first cruise overseas.
Honeymoons, Honeymoons, and more Honeymoons- I planned so many honeymoons this past month that I have lost count. Most of these clients are brand new to me, referred by past honeymoon clients. Planned honeymoons this month to Couples San Souci, Couples Swept Away, Sandals Sandals Bahamian, Sandals Negril, Sandals La Toc (my most booked), and Excellence El Carmen. These resorts are all great options but each one fits a clients needs and wants differently. I get to know each couple to make sure they are matched with the perfect resort.
All-Inclusive Friends Trip - This client was looking for a fun all-inclusive trip for her and her husband and a couple friend. They loved their past experience at Hard Rock Riviera Maya so it was only natural that they decided to check out the Hard Rock Punta Cana. This resort is huge and has it all. They will be able to lay on the huge beautiful beach, swim in one of the many pools, gamble at the casino, try all the restaurants, or dance the night away at the club. This trip will be full of excitement.

I love hosting group trips. Here is where I am heading in the coming year(s). Which one do you want to join me on?
October 2022 - SOLD OUT Iceland and hunting for the Northern Lights. October gives us the best opportunity to see the northern lights.
December 2022 - Antarctica. This is my last continent. We will be taking an expedition cruise from South America and through the Drake Passage to the Antarctica peninsula with Ponant Cruise Line. Trip of a lifetime.
April 2023 - (2 Spots Left) Tulip Time River Cruise. I have only a few rooms available on the AmaMora. We will spend 7 days exploring the Netherlands and Belgium enjoying the blossoms, chocolate, and beer.
May 2024 - Coming Soon - Egypt and Jordan
