October and November 2023 Newsletter
Happenings
Did anyone notice how November started and ended in the same week?!? This was hands down the fastest month of the year.
My November started out with a bang traveling to France and the UK. I have planned so many trips to these two areas and I have never been myself. I am so glad I finally had an opportunity to visit both.
This adventure was special as I got to spend it with friends from college. 17+ years later and we still like spending time together. These friends are the most valuable.
I started with a few days in Bordeaux visiting the different wine regions. The tours I went on were informative and delicious. I now know how to spot true Bordeaux wine.
After a few days of wine tasting I headed off to Paris to see all the sites. I have to admit, the Eiffel Tower at night is pretty spectacular and heading to the top during the day was just as thrilling. I ate my share of French cuisine and had the best meal at Le Soufflé.
I then headed off to London for 48 hours. That was not nearly enough time. I was able to see a lot in such a short time. I went to tea, saw the Lion King, visited the main sites on a bus tour, ate fish and chips, explored the British Museum, and went on an Indian food tour. There will be another trip back.
In the next month, blogs will be posted about these adventures. The Rustin Vines Bordeaux tour is up first! Check back soon.

Trip Requests
Here are some of the 2024, and 2025 trip requests I worked on this past month:
Alaska Cruises - My clients are booking Alaska almost daily. I have clients on Holland, Princess, Celebrity, and NCL this coming year and nest. I had a client on their honeymoon book on board for Alaska 2025 and then invited their friends and family to join them. I am adding rooms to their sailing every week. If you have never been to Alaska, make it a priority. I am already seeing the most desired rooms selling out in 2024. Don't sleep on planning if you are going this year.
Sandals Royal Bahamian - A new client reached out about their assistance planning their honeymoon. They gave me their wants and budget and I proposed a few resorts that would be a perfect fit. They were already interested in the Bahamas, so I think it was an easy choice for them. I think they are going to love this resort!
Couples All-Inclusive Trip to Valentin Imperial- If you have ever received a quote from me for Cancun/Riviera Maya I can pretty much guarantee I have recommended this resort. This is one of my favorites. It has a very tropical and authentic Mexican hacienda vibe. This was my first all-inclusive resort and I have been back a few times. It has a special place in my heart and my clients tend to love the resort. I think these couples will too.
Ireland and Scotland Adventure- A new client reached out about planning a trip to Ireland. I had previously worked with a friend of theirs on their Ireland trip. They will be off to Ireland for 9 days staying in hotels, bed and breakfasts, and a few castles. They then take off for a few days in Scotland visiting the national parks and looking for the Loch Ness monster. They are going to have an exciting adventure.
Large Extended Family Utopia of the Seas Cruise - A mother to one of my honeymoon clients reached out looking for help planning a cruise for their large extended family. She already knew they wanted to sail on the new Utopia of the Seas with Royal Caribbean. I was able to score some rooms at a reduced rate for them. I made them their own booking website and within just a few days all the rooms they requested were booked up (I was able to score a few more just in case others want to join them). They are going to have such a great time traveling together.
