Happenings

Six years ago, Tim and I left for our around the world trip. 75,000 miles by plane, train, car, boat, and foot across 6 continents, 30+ countries, and countless cities: Road tripping in New Zealand, walking the Great Wall of China, exploring ruins in Cambodia, photographing an African safari, cruising the Mediterranean, and strolling the streets of Prague.

Taking this trip was the best life decision I made. While it was an epic experience it also made me realize that I was on the wrong career path. I am so happy it lead me here.

Tim is retelling our adventure in a series of blog posts starting from the moment we went on our first trip out of the country and deciding we wanted to quit our jobs to travel to us returning home. Check out the first two installments now:

V&V Travel Info

Did you know that I am booking some trips all the way in to 2024. The demand for travel this coming year and 2024 is already very high! Everyone is ready to get out there and explore. Don't wait until something is sold out before deciding it is time to plan your next trip.

Trips that you do not want to wait to contact me and book in 2023 or 2024:

  • Guided Tours

  • Alaska Cruises

  • Small ship Cruises

  • French Polynesian

Trip Requests

Here are some of the 2023 and 2024 trip requests I worked on this past month:

All-Inclusive Honeymoons - I need more than two hands to count all the honeymoons I have booked these last two months. I have clients heading to Sandals Royal Barbados, Sandals La Toc in St Lucia, Couples Swept Away in Jamaica, Hyatt Zilara Cancun, Valentin Imperial in Mexico, Secrets Cap Cana in the DR, and Excellence El Carmen in the DR. These couples are going to love their time spent at these all-inclusive resorts.

European Adventures - I have had a number of requests and bookings for Europe these last two months. After sharing some of my Iceland pictures, I have booked a few tours to the area. Ireland and Italy have been at the top of everyone's lists as well. I have clients visiting Europe by guided tour, self drive itinerary, and buy cruise ship. Not every client likes to travel the same way, so I am glad that Europe gives us plenty of ways to explore the area.

Cruising the World (Caribbean, Alaska, Hawaii, and Europe) - I have so many clients welcoming cruising back to their travel itinerary. Cruising is a great way to get a taste of multiple dentations without having to pack your bags every night. I have a number of multi generational families traveling together, friend groups, first time cruisers, and cruising pros. Not every cruise line or cruise ship is right for everyone. Together we found each of them the perfect fit for a wonderful experience.

My Groups

II love hosting group trips. Here is where I am heading in the coming year(s). Which one do you want to join me on?

December 2022 - Antarctica. This is my last continent. We will be taking an expedition cruise from South America and through the Drake Passage to the Antarctica peninsula with Ponant Cruise Line. Trip of a lifetime.

April 2023 - (1 Spot Left) Tulip Time River Cruise. I have only a few rooms available on the AmaMora. We will spend 7 days exploring the Netherlands and Belgium enjoying the blossoms, chocolate, and beer.

May 2024 - Coming Soon - Egypt and Jordan

What other Group Trips should I plan for 2024?

If you are interested in joining me on one or all of these trips, please reply to this email.
