Join me on a 7 Day Iceland Magical Northern Lights Tour October 23 to 29, 2022

Experience the “land of fire and ice” and chase the aurora borealis across an ethereal wonderland. In the dark of the night, search for the northern lights as you drift along on an evening starlit cruise. Travel the “Golden Circle,” home to renowned natural wonders, and spend time at Thingvellir National Park, gaze at Gullfoss waterfall, and see the explosive geothermal fields at Geysir.

Explore Skógar Museum and see traditional turf-built homes. Walk on a black volcanic sand beach. See Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon filled with floating icebergs. Relax in the warm, mineral-rich water of the Blue Lagoon. Spend your days surrounded by natural wonders and your nights in search of the elusive dancing lights.

A deposit of $300 per person is due upon reservation. Reservations are made on first come, first served basis. Final payment due before August 24, 2022. Deposits are refundable up until April 24, 2022.

Have you heard the term "Wave Season?" In the Travel Agency world it is the busiest time of the year. Cruise lines typically push out their best promotions from January through March dubbing it Wave Season. But Wave Season has come a long way to now include all inclusives, guided tours, independent tours, and hotels.

Many of the suppliers have already started opening up their Wave Season promotions. Some of my favorite resorts are offering HUGE discounts.

Cruise lines are even starting to get into Wave Season. For example, Holland America is selling balconies at the price of an oceanview plus added amenities like specialty dining, wifi, shore excursions, and the drink package.

Trip Requests

Here are some of the 2022 trip requests I worked on this past month:

Sandals La Toc Honeymoon x 2 - I booked this resort two times in the same day for two different honeymoon couples. St. Lucia and this resort always stands out when it is in the mix of options. I consider this resort the most fabulous of the three Sandal's resorts in St. Lucia. On a 220-acre estate set on a half-mile, crescent-shaped beach, cradling exotic coral bluffs, lush hillsides and rolling fairways it is the perfect location for all your needs.

Universal Studios Vacation - I booked a few Universal trips this past month. A mom and her two daughters are heading to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter for a quick trip. They will be staying at Cabana Bay Resort and can walk directly to the parks if they want. I think mom is just as excited as the kids. I also had a few couples that will also be heading to Orlando staying at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Portofino Bay Hotel. Everyone is sure to have a great time.

NCL Cruise Transfer - This client booked her cruise during the Black Friday sale directly with Norwegian Cruise Line. She contacted me a few days later asking if she could transfer her booking to me so that she can have a travel agent service her booking. They will be sailing on the Norwegian Dawn to the Western Caribbean.

Disney World and Royal Caribbean Cruise - This was a fun trip to plan because this family is doing a few days at Disney world and then taking a cruise. Two vacations in one! This mom also planned an exciting scavenger hunt for her daughters to complete on Christmas morning to learn all about their gift of travel.

My Groups

I love hosting group trips. Here is where I am heading in the coming year(s). Which one do you want to join me on?

February 2022- Antarctica. This is my last continent. We will be taking an expedition cruise from South America and through the Drake Passage to the Antarctica peninsula with Ponant Cruise Line. Trip of a lifetime.

April 2022 - Sold Out. Galápagos Islands. We begin in Quito, Ecuador then spend 5 days island hopping on land and by ship. The ship only holds 16 guests.

August 2022 - I have 2 staterooms left. Cruise and Land tour in Alaska. We will be sailing on Holland America and spending three days in Denali National Park. I have rooms available if you want to join us.

October 2022 - Iceland and hunting for the Northern Lights. October gives us the best opportunity to see the northern lights. I have 8 rooms being held for 60 days. These are first come, first serve and will sell out.
