November 2024 Newsletter
This is usually my slow time of the year but this past month was my biggest month in six years. I made it into the top 50 agents for the month of November. The main reason for this successful month is because of your referrals. Every single booking this month was an existing client or a referral.
Did you know that more than 80% of my new clients were referred by you, my existing clients? For that I am so thankful! Referrals are the best compliment.
The next best compliment is a review. Have you booked with me in the past? I would love to hear about your experience. If you have already left me a review, thank you. If not, head over to my Facebook page and click "Reviews" on the top menu bar (under More). You can also leave a review on my website or on Google. If I didn't provide 5 star service, please contact me know.

Tuesday - Thursday Evening by Appointment
Friday Morning by Appointment
I am always available to my traveling clients outside of these work hours.
Beginning Wednesday, December 18, 2024 I will not be accepting new requests for travel quotes. New quotes will be processed beginning Monday, January 6, 2025.
I will also be out of the office Monday, December 23, 2025 through Sunday, January 5, 2025. I will be back in the office Monday January 6, 2025.
Here are some of the trip requests I worked on this past month:
Galapagos Adventure - My clients came to me with a Galapagos trip they were interested in. I provided some thoughts on the trip and they decided that this was the trip for them. This 10 day trip will explore Ecuador's capital, Quito, before hopping on a flight to the Galápagos Islands where an incredible diversity in wildlife awaits. They will go snorkeling at the dramatic Kicker Rock, visit a sea lion nursery, and go birdwatching in the highlands of Floreana. I hope they get an opportunity to see the iconic blue footed boobies.
Great Lakes Viking Cruise - I had a referred client reach out about booking a Great Lakes cruise. She wanted to visit all 5 Great Lakes with her daughter. We had a few calls to determine exactly what they wanted and the options that were out there. They decided on a Toronto, Canada to Duluth, Minnesota itinerary with Viking. They will experience culture-rich urban centers and admire the awesome power of thundering Niagara Falls. Explore the granite islands and sheltered inlets of Georgian Bay and traverse the famous Soo Locks. They will venture into the dense boreal forests that line the shores of Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. This is sure to be a once in a lifetime trip.
Celebrity Cruise to the ABC islands - My favorite Celebrity Cruise client reached out about their next cruise. They normally wait until they are on board to book their next cruise (great way to get some discounts and add on OBC) but they wanted to sail in just a few months and didn't wait to wait for their NYE sailing coming up in a few weeks. We tossed around a few options that worked and they landed on a sailing on the Celebrity Reflection visiting Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. I was able to get them a great price since my agency had some group space to fill.
Christmas in Aruba - My very special clients are headed to Aruba for a Christmas in the islands. They will be staying at Tamarijn All Inclusive Family Friendly Resort. Their Premium Oceanfront room will be perfect for their family. The blue color of the water in Aruba will knock their socks off...which they won't be needing.
