Happenings
If you are wondering if others are traveling....the answer is YES! This summer, I have clients traveling to Jamaica, Mexico, St Lucia, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Egypt, Disney World, and cruising the Caribbean, Europe, and Alaska. I am going to be a very busy making sure everyone is prepared to travel. But I wouldn't have it any other way after the past two years.
My new travel requests are also full of fun and adventure. If you look at my trip requests over on the right you will see a theme. Everyone is requesting international trips, specifically, Europe. This excites me because I see us moving forward from Covid and moving on to more normalcy. Covid restrictions are easing up all over the world and opening up more travel possibilities.
This is usually my slow time of the year for bookings but this past month was one of my biggest months yet. The biggest reason for that is because of your referrals. Did you know that more than 80% of my new clients were referred by you, my existing clients. For that I am so thankful! Referrals are the best compliment.
The next best compliment is a review. Have you booked with me in the past? I would love to hear about your experience. If you have already left me a review, Thank you. If not, head over to our Facebook page and click "Reviews" on the top menu bar (under More). You will see reviews from other clients and the question: "Do you recommend Visas and Vistas Travel?" Hopefully, you are clicking "Yes" and leave your comments about your experience with us! Feel free to copy and past that review on my business webpage.

Because there have been so many new referrals and subscribers to my newsletter, I thought I would reintroduce myself.
My name is Anne and in 2016 I left my auditing career behind to travel the world. I traveled to 30+ countries over the course of a year visiting the sights, eating the food, getting to know the local customs, and making unforgettable memories. I am still continuing to make as many memories as possible!
When I returned from that trip I quickly realized the corporate world was not for me anymore. I was different. I took a leap of faith, became a travel agent, and started Visas and Vistas Travel.

Trip Requests
Here are some of the 2022 and 2023 trip requests I worked on this past month:
Ireland, Ireland, and more Ireland - Ireland is quickly becoming my top booked destination this year (followed by Italy). Ireland is an easy flight from the east coast and has so much to offer. I have an extended family renting a few cars making a number of stops throughout Ireland, a family of four taking their children on their first trip to Europe, and a couple that have a love of Guinness and Jameson. They all have a different itinerary made specially for them.
Celebrity Edge Honeymoon Cruise in Europe - A new client contacted me (a referral) about planning their honeymoon. We discussed a few options before they settled on an European Cruise on the Celebrity Edge. They will be sailing on a one way cruise from Barcelona to Rome. One way cruises gives them more port stops because they don't have to return back to where they started. They will spend a few extra days pre cruise in Barcelona and a few post cruise days in Rome. They are going to love each stop and this ship.
Disney Dream Family Cruise in Europe - One of my "regulars" contacted me about taking the family overseas for the first time. Disney had just opened up their 2023 European sailings and she knew her children were finally at the age for big adventures. They too will be sailing on a one way cruise from Barcelona to Rome in 2023. Their cruise is nine nights and makes a few stops over in Greece before ending in Rome. This will just be the beginning of their international adventures!
My Groups
I love hosting group trips. Here is where I am heading in the coming year(s). Which one do you want to join me on?
August 2022 - Cruise and Land tour in Alaska. We will be sailing on Holland America and spending three days in Denali National Park. I have rooms available if you want to join us.
October 2022 - SOLD OUT Iceland and hunting for the Northern Lights. October gives us the best opportunity to see the northern lights.
December 2022 - Antarctica. This is my last continent. We will be taking an expedition cruise from South America and through the Drake Passage to the Antarctica peninsula with Ponant Cruise Line. Trip of a lifetime.
April 2023 - Tulip Time River Cruise. I have only a few rooms available on the AmaMora. We will spend 7 days exploring the Netherlands and Belgium enjoying the blossoms, chocolate, and beer.
October 2023 - Coming Soon - Egypt and Jordan
