Travel From Home- Taste of Ireland
Over the last few weeks we have been featuring different ways to travel without leaving your home. This week we are taking you to Ireland for a tasty experience. Brendan Vacations is going to teach us how to make an Irish Coffee and Bailey Fudge Brownies. Stay warm by adding these ingredients to your grocery list. We recommend Jameson Irish Whiskey for your Irish coffee.
Irish Coffee
Recipe:
1.5 fl oz Irish Whiskey (optional…but this is what makes it Irish)
1 tsp sugar
2-3 heaped tbsp whipped cream
1 hot double espresso or regular teaspoon of instant coffee and hot water to fill the glass
Two teaspoons grated chocolate
Warm your spoon and Glass with a little warm water before you start.
Add the sugar, and coffee into the warm glass and stir. Scoop out any foam the stirring created. Add in the whiskey and stir. Place your warmed spoon over the coffee and pour the whipped cream slowly over the spoon so the the cream stays on top of the glass. Garnish with chocolate on top. Enjoy
