Happenings
Our clients are ready to travel. September and October have been a much needed spike in bookings. Fall is usually my slow period, but I think we are all ready to have something to look forward to next year.
I think we all agree that big international trips to Europe or Asia might not be in the cards for everyone in 2021. There will be clients that want to travel to these areas, and we are happy to help, but I see clients wanting to stay a bit closer to home. Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America is already at the top of the travel list this coming year.
As most of you know, all-inclusives was a big focus for us these last two months. I have added some new blog that are great if you are considering Mexico/Caribbean travel. Check them out here:

Since we had such a great October full of all-inclusive bookings, I am going to extend the perk below and upgrade your shared transfers to private transfers when you book 4 or more nights in Mexico or the Caribbean.

Since client travel has been a bit limited these last six months, we decided to work on our travel agent and brand knowledge.
If you follow us on Facebook you may have already seen these expert badges posted as Anne complete them. To earn an expert badge in each of these areas, Anne had to complete hours of supplier and destination training. This training helps ensure that she is prepared to assist clients and meet their travel needs.

Trip Requests
Here are some of the 2021 trip requests I worked on this past month:
Costa Rica Dream Trip - My clients, two couples, wanted to spend a week in Costa Rica next year. The client that contacted us spent their honeymoon here 8 years ago. They were excited to bring their friends along to visit the country they fell in love with. They will be stay at Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica and enjoying the all-inclusive amenities. They also plan to head out on daily adventures to see the sights.
50th Birthday Caribbean Celebration - My clients came to me looking for a Disney trip. When we discovered that they would not be able to visit Hollywood Studios for Star Wars attractions, we needed a plan B. We quickly settled on the Caribbean. They are heading to Secrets Cap Cana, Dominican Republic to celebrate a 50th birthday! They plan to enjoy their swim out preferred club room and all the great food options Secrets has to offer. Have I mentioned that this beach is so amazing? They are going to have such a great time.
Anniversary Celebration in Mexico - My clients are anticipating a cold winter and wanted to celebrate their anniversary in the sun. They are leaving their little ones in the cold and heading to Cancun for some much needed time together. They are going to be spending 5 nights at Secrets Maroma Beach. This is hands down one my clients favorite all-inclusive resorts. They are going to love the gorgeous beach, yummy food, and great service.
Peru Tour - My client has been dreaming of visiting Machu Picchu for a while now. We are in the planning stages. They want to arrive in Lima and then head down to see the Nazca Lines by plane. They will want to head to Cusco for a few days before taking off to Machu Picchu by train. They will explore the ruins in the afternoon (sunset) and in the morning (sunrise). This is something they will never forget.
My Groups
I love hosting group trips. Here is where I am heading in the coming year(s). Which one do you want to join me on?
January 2021- Antarctica. This is my last continent. We will be taking an expedition cruise from South America and through the Drake Passage to the Antarctica peninsula with Ponant Cruise Line. Trip of a lifetime.
May 2021- Costa Rica & Panama Canal. We made a small change to our travel plans this year. We have replaced our tulip time European river cruise with a Panama Canal/Costa Rica cruise. Tropical Islands. Exotic Jungles. Experience it all in private yacht style. Because the sailing is during the start of the slow season, the cruise price per person is almost HALF off! Let me know if this is something you are interested in.
July 2021- Galápagos Islands. We begin in Quito, Ecuador then spend 5 days island hopping on land and by ship. The ship only holds 16 guests. I have 4 spots left!
August 2021- Cruise and Land tour in Alaska. We will be sailing on Holland America and spending three days in Denali National Park. I have rooms available if you want to join us.
