Booking Your Disney World Trip

Booking Your Disney World Trip

Disney World trips are like no other. They are full of magic and excitement. The planning is also daunting and overwhelming. There are so many different resorts, ticket types, transportation methods, dining options, and a number of magical add ons. A lot of my clients don’t even realize there are 4 different parks! This is where you need a good travel agent who has booked many trips and has been there themselves!

Here are some of the ins and outs of booking your first Disney package and why you should do it sooner rather than later.

  • To book your Disney package you only need a $200 deposit. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival.

  • Your Disney package does not need to be paid in full until 30 days prior to arrival.

  • I accept payments up to final payment. I have some clients that pay $XX amount on the first of every month and others that send me a message on random days asking to apply $XX to their package. Payment plans can be as structured or as flexible as you need.

  • You want to book early to secure park pass reservation. Every guest needs to have a park ticket AND a park pass reservation to get in the parks. These park pass reservations can book up during the busy season. You don’t want to miss out on your favorite park.

  • Dining needs to be booked as soon as you can (60 days prior to arrival) to ensure you get any Chef Mickey, Oga’s Cantina, Space 220, California Grill….reservations.

  • Booking early can only help you should a promotion be announced. I can retroactively apply an eligible promotion to your booking. I just saved a client $270 4 months after they booked because a spring break sale was announced.

  • You can use Disney gift cards to pay for your package. A lot of times Sam’s Club or Target will have discounted gift cards. I ask that you combine the cards into one and hold on to them until you travel should a refund be sent back to the card.

  • I can get the EXACT same price as booking direct. You pay the same amount and get my expertise. You win.

  • I can be involved as much or as little as you like. For those that want my assistance booking dining, we share a My Disney Experience account and work together to plan you magical trip. For those that like to do all the planning, I sit back and wait until you need something and I am available when you need me.
